Overview

This workshop is for consultants, team and project leaders, managers, facilitators, and trainers experienced in facilitation who want to use graphic displays to engage team members and meeting participants, capture ideas, focus their group's work, and improve implementation. It is structured around David Sibbet’s definitive book Graphic Facilitation: Transforming Groups with the Power of Visual Listening. Participants learn to draw, create large-format displays, record, and practice facilitating and receiving feedback. They also design a meeting process and learn about methods of documenting visual meetings. It is a full immersion in the best practices for applying visual language to group processes.

Highlights

“I came back from your Principles of Graphic Facilitation workshop energized and with a pack full of skills (and resources), and a wonderful support group. I wanted to tell you that it has been among the best workshops I have ever attended: great design, great trainer/facilitator, great materials, and very practical. In fact, I am putting my new skills into practice right now.”
